Unfortunately, no such magical list exists at this time. However, FinnGen does have a few fairly comprehensive summary files based on your specific needs.

For instance for R12:

• A catalog of FinnGen R12 data located at finngen production library red: /finngen/library-red/finngen_R12/catalog/catalog.txt

• R12 summary statistics: gs://finngen-production-library-green/finngen_R12/finngen_R12_analysis_data/summary_stats/release/

• For any phenotypes without metadata, e.g. inflation factors: gs://finngen-production-library-green/finngen_R12/finngen_R12_analysis_data/finngen_R12_pheno_n.tsv
