Location of Endpoint Quality Control Report

The quality control report describes the steps that have been made to ensure the quality of released data. Endpoint quality control report, changelog and corrected_endpoints file of DF8 can be found here. Changelog for other data freezes can be found here.

Endpoint quality control is divided into two sections:

• Protocol development that uses old data, but new endpoint definition files and updated Endpointer program

• One that takes place before each release to ensure released data quality. The process has been designed and performed in collaboration between clinical and register teams.

Changelog file: compares previous data freeze (eg.DF7) and current data freeze (eg. DF8) endpoint definition files in order to track changes in endpoint definitions. It contains deleted, new and modified endpoints. The changelog file can be found here and here.

Corrected endpoints file: The file contains all corrections for data freeze DF8, including corrected endpoint definitions or corrections in Endpointter script. The file can be found here.
