Risteys
Risteys is a useful web portal for understanding FinnGen endpoints. Risteys contains data from both FinRegistry and FinnGen, making it easy to compare the data from both sources side-by-side.
Whereas FinnGen is enriched for diseases and contains 10% of the Finnish population, which is genotyped, FinRegistry is a population sample with ~7 million individuals with highly similar phenotype data to FinnGen but no genotype data.
Risteys is available to everyone at https://risteys.finregistry.fi (no credentials or registration needed).

On Risteys you can look up any FinnGen endpoint and obtain:
Endpoint Definition (e.g. which ICD-10 codes make up the endpoint)
Upset plot detailing case counts by codes (opening from the link on the lower right corner near the Endpoint Definition box)
Table of case counts by codes (opening from the link on the lower right corner near the Endpoint Definition box)
Summary phenotype statistics for the endpoint in both FinnGen data and FinRegistry data (e.g. number of cases, age at first event)
Similar endpoints on Risteys: In addition, it is possible to navigate endpoints by a subset or superset of cases for the current endpoint.
Risteys also has a section showing the association between an exposure endpoint and death (FinRegistry data) and a Relationships between endpoints section presenting survival analysis results from FinRegistry and genetic analyses results from FinnGen.
On top of the page, Risteys provides links to the Endpoint Browser and PheWeb pages of the endpoint opened in Risteys. The Endpoint Browser is a tool to visualize hierarchy and relatedness between similar endpoints. The PheWeb provides GWAS results for the endpoint..
