Cohort Operations tool (CO)

With the Cohort Operations (CO) tool, you can:

• Upload cohorts for further operations from:

  • Atlas

  • Genotype Browser

  • text files (with FinnGen IDs and columns for COHORT_SOURCE and COHORT_NAME)

  • Endpoints

• Combine cohorts

• Operate on Atlas cohorts (data with entries and exit events)

• Lookup and visualize code and endpoint enrichments in cohorts (CodeWAS)

• Lookup and visualize endpoint overlaps

• Examine endpoint overlaps with your control and cases cohorts

• Launch custom GWAS

• Easily export FinnGen IDs for cohorts

  • built with Atlas

  • generated from FinnGen endpoints

  • resulting from other operations available in the tool

  • Transfer cohorts to TVT
