Filtering timelines with TVT

Data shown in TVT can be filtered from the Filtering menu.

Filters

• Age at event

Drag the Age at event sliding bar to set the minimum and maximum age shown.

• Time period

Years included in the visualizations can be selected from the Period bar.

• Gender

Gender included can be selected by taping Female, Male and Unknown boxes.

• Event count

Finally, the data can be filtered according to the number of events. Here all events selected into glyph segments for each person are counted together and the filtering is based on the resulting number of events.

To complete the filtering select Plot settings -> Timeline.

At the top of the settings page, TVT will show the number of cases (patients) and events (glyph segment events) selected after filtering and the total number of patients and events, respectively.
