Simplify Concept Sets that use standard code descendants

This page is a continuation of Create concept set using standard-code descendants tutorial.
Including descendants may lead to a large number of standard codes having no record counts (RC).
If you include only descendants with record counts (RC) then this will give the same result but decreases the number of included codes and simplifies the Concept Set.
The following example shows how to simplify a Concept Set using standard code-descendants using the Included Concepts and Concept Set Expression page.
On the Included Concepts page, order the codes by record count
Select all codes with record count (RC) > 0 using the Id column checkbox
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Add to Concept Set button. Codes with RC > 0 are now included in the Concept Set.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Remove Selected button.
The Concept Set now only contains codes with a record count (RC) > 0. All standard codes without records (107 codes in this example) have been removed from the Concept Set.
On the Concept Set Expression page, select all codes with descendants using the Id column checkbox
