How do I get patient IDs for analysis?
The IDs of individuals for each phenotype are in the red library, at finngen_R4_phenotype_2.0/finngen_R4_phenotype_data/finngen_R4_cov_pheno_1.0.txt.gz
This data can be used to subset genotype data, and examine specific allele combinations. Please take particular care with this sensitive data, and never share patient IDs in unsecured channels.
