What's the difference between phenotype_2.0 and phenotype_3.0?

The difference between R5_v2 and R5_v3 (versions of Release 5) phenotype data is that R5_v3 files have two additional years of drug purchase (PURCH) data (2001 and 2002) that are not included in the R5_v2 files.

During each data freeze, often after the initial release of data, we need to make updates to the output files based on analysis and feedback. Only the affected files are updated and they are added to a later version number.
